Shaun Beale - Director
Coffee, Milk No Sugar - With over 30 years experience within the industry Shaun has built his reputation and skills, Designing, Building planting expertise and maintaining gardens with 16 years as a head gardener on a private estate and working in the plant and landscape industry. Shaun is a BBC judge for their show borders and gardens and has won gold medals for his showgardens and his help with gardens at chelsea flower show.
Stacy Blake - Team Leader, Landscaper
Tea, Milk One Sugar - Stacy Has always enjoyed working in the garden and over the years has built her skills from working with different teams and now is a key team leader with woodslee landscapes.
Mack French - Trainee Landscaper
Coffee, Milk No Sugar - Mack has an eye for straight lines when mowing and loves creating new borders and weeding. Mack is with us while he waits to join the Army and we love having him on the team.
Tom
Black coffee with a dash of cold water - Tom has worked in the horticultural industry for over 10 years gaining vast experience and knowledge and loves to be part of the team creating and transforming gardens, with an eye for wildlife and ecology with a degree in environmental science. Recently Tom has helped with installing of brick edging, steppingstones, patios and raised beds. Looking forward Tom is a team leader and is managing his own teams with great feedback from the customers and teams.
Richie
White coffee with one sugar - Richie has been running a successful business for over 25 years selling and servicing garden machinery recently he has closed his business and is now semi retired, he now loves working with us and is keeping our tools sharp as well as this he has an eye for topiary pruning and hedge cutting and is loving being part of the team without the stress of running his own business “I love coming to work and doing a good days work then going home to relax” Richie is not sure how he will cope with the winters as he hates the cold.
Mike
Coffee, white no sugar - Mike had worked for Woodslee landscapes for 4 months now, after being made redundant from kings oak landscapes, where he worked for over 10 years. During those 10 years Mike worked with the commercial team and became an expert turf layer and tree planter. Mikes now enjoying being part of the team and learning more skills such as shrub, rose pruning, growing veg and getting to know his plant names. Mike wants to learn from us so one day he can have his own successful business
James
Black coffee no sugar - James is realising from working with woodslee that he has a passion and love for working outdoors especially when paired with his partner Stacy. Digger of holes, great friends with the broom. Loves a patch of willow herb and bind weed to get stuck into and being educated by his better half. James aspiration is to support the team and grow his knowledge to benefit customers and team.
Jo - Bookkeeper
Tea, milk one sugar - Jo is someone in the background whom you don't see, she helps me keep up together with our accounts and invoicing. In her spare time she enjoys her reading, taking out her Springer Spaniels and generally pottering around her garden. For the last 3 years she has grown Sunflower plants to sell to raise money for local charities.
